All 32 boroughs and the City of London, from Havering to Hillingdon and Enfield to Croydon. We're based in Chiswick and London is all we do.
We split London into five patches so we can plan rounds sensibly and keep engineers working in the same part of town. It's our way of organising the work, not an official boundary, so if you're near a border, don't worry about which page you're on. We cover you either way.
The postcode districts listed are the main ones for each borough. Postcodes and borough boundaries don't line up neatly (London never does), so if yours isn't listed, it's almost certainly still covered. Just ask.
The City, Westminster, Camden, Islington and Kensington & Chelsea. Mansion blocks, offices, hotels, clinics and some very tight loading bays.
Our home patch, from Chiswick out to Hillingdon and up to Harrow. Victorian conversions, HMOs, schools, care homes and the odd mansion flat.
Barnet, Enfield, Haringey and Waltham Forest. Inter-war semis, big care homes, academy schools and plenty of housing association stock.
Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Newham, Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham and Havering. New-build towers, council estates, student blocks and serviced apartments.
Eleven boroughs from Lambeth and Southwark down to Croydon, Bromley and Kingston. Estates, schools, leisure centres and lots of purpose-built flats.
Our engineers start the day in London, not two counties away. Return visits for no-access flats are easier to fit in.
London's hard water is what we deal with every day, so descaling and strainer cleaning are part of the job, not an extra.
Mansion blocks, converted terraces, estates, towers and listed buildings. We know where TMVs tend to hide in each.
CPZs, red routes and loading bays get planned before the visit, so the time you pay for is time spent on valves.
Tell us where you are in London and roughly how many valves you've got. We'll come back with a fixed quote and a visit plan that suits your building.
