What we do

We service, test, descale, repair and replace TMVs, and we keep the records that prove it's been done. That covers servicing and in-service testing, installation and replacement, and asset registers for buildings and portfolios. The valves we see are in flats, HMOs, care homes, clinics, schools, hotels and leisure centres all over the capital.

Why London only

London buildings have their own quirks. Hard water scales up valves faster. Access to the building is often the hardest part of the job, with fobs, concierge desks and controlled parking zones to sort out. Then there's a housing stock that runs from Victorian conversions to new towers. Sticking to London means we plan around all that properly, and our engineers spend their day on valves rather than the M25. The guidance we work to

We test valves following Chapter 11 of the D 08 supplement to HTM 04-01, alongside the operational guidance in HTM 04-01 Part B. For Legionella control we work to HSE's ACOP L8 and HSG274 Part 2, and for scalding risk in care settings to HSE's HSIS6. How a job runs

You tell us about the building, we give you a fixed quote and agree a plan for access and parking, then we test and service every valve and leave you the readings, certificates and an updated register. The full version is on how we work.
